ToyZone Care+ gives eligible toys an additional 7 days of replacement protection after delivery, so you can let the kids enjoy their new toy with a little more peace of mind.

✓ Replacement of the covered item where the claim is approved

How it works

Add ToyZone Care+ to the same order as your eligible toy. If an eligible accidental-damage incident occurs during the 7-day coverage period, contact ToyZone with your order details and evidence of the damage.

Once approved under the Care+ terms, we’ll arrange the applicable replacement.

Important

Care+ is an optional add-on service and only applies to eligible products purchased in the same order.

Coverage begins when the order is delivered and expires after 7 days.

Care+ does not cover lost or stolen products, intentional damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect use, damage occurring outside the coverage period, or products excluded from the Care+ program.

Claims may require photographs/video and the damaged product may need to be returned.

Replacement is subject to claim approval and product availability. Where the same item is unavailable, ToyZone may offer an appropriate alternative or other resolution according to the Care+ terms.
