How it works

Add Video Check to your order at checkout.

Before dispatch, our warehouse team will identify the applicable product(s), perform a visual check and record a short video as proof of the pre-dispatch condition.

The video will then be shared through ToyZone’s supported communication channel.

Video Check is primarily a visual pre-dispatch inspection and does not constitute a technical certification or guarantee against faults that cannot reasonably be identified during the check.

Where opening sealed manufacturer packaging would materially affect the product’s condition or packaging, ToyZone may perform the check without opening the sealed package unless otherwise applicable.
